360 Collins

The Cutting edge Bates Smart Design transformed the buildings 5,000m2 podium which
spans two levels and services 35 floors of commercial office staff.

Lobby floors saw upgrades with the use of travertine, that were honed and sealed to create
a monolithic finish. The project carefully addresses the key characteristics of the site and
improves connectivity between Collins Street and Little Collins Street via the feature grand
staircase.
