Continuity of workmanship, timing and precision was essential in facilitating extensive internal and external laying of more than 2,000 square metres of tiling to foyers, entries, wet areas, balconies and lift lobbies of these plush offices and apartments.

With each level having its own characteristics, the works were extremely complex, calling on the use of different materials and intricate pattern detailing. The main works involved marble, stone and granite to all floor areas, and ceramic and porcelain to wet areas, with sand and cement used to screed existing floor levels. Feature patterns use different combinations of marble, extending to borders, brass inlays and tiles laid on a 45 degree angle, with circular borders requiring the use of laser precision cutting. Indeed a spectacular job.
